Doreen was very professional and made selling our property so easy and stress free. Keeping us informed every step of the way with emails, texts and calls was so important to us. She did so much in a short amount of time, she even picked up some trash that escaped the bins on the street for our open house! Doreen is very detail oriented and didn’t miss anything. Her super power is anticipating your needs before you’re even aware of them!

Doreen made the house buying process much more relaxed. As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what I was really looking for, just how much space I needed. A friend recommended Doreen to me and from the first time we met, she was making game plans, even though it was still about four months before I would be flying up to house hunt. Even in those early months with nothing set in stone, Doreen was in constant contact with me, making sure my MLS listing still made sense for what I was looking for, the area, space, changing and updating things every time I learned something new about what I wanted. Of course when I got here, almost everything I'd used to narrow down my search was under contract or finalized, but we still were able to go look at homes that same day because Doreen already had an updated list. I was cc'd on every email, every question was answered. She had checklists and ready-to-move-in documents ready for me, when I needed them. She had recommendations of people to work with, everything from an inspector to mortgage brokers. No pressure, just several options from people she'd worked with in the past, based on things I needed and things I didn't know I needed. Every person I chose to work with from her recommendations were as responsive and helpful as Doreen was, and I say that's just another layer into how well-prepared she is to make this as easy as possible. Not to say there weren't hiccups in the process. My bank made closing a nightmare, screwing up the process of the check to the point where I was not going to make the closing date. But even that wasn't as stressful as it could have been, because while I was on hours-long calls with my bank, Doreen was behind the scenes making sure everyone involved in closing was up to speed, ready to call me to reschedule, and were finalizing what /they/ could to make everything easier. Baird & Warner is lucky to have Doreen. I'd recommend no one else.

Doreen Booth is our realator but she is so much more than that! She helped us sell our house at the top of the market and find our next home! She has gone above and beyond her job to help us with things that she didn’t even have to. She truly cares about helping and is very detail oriented. She will be there for you for everything needed in the process for selling or buying a home, she is on top of everything! She answers whenever you call, text or email right away. She makes herself available for you whenever you need. She also donates some of her profits to charity which is really cool and shows what type of person she is. Selling my house to move out of state was made simple, easy, and stress free. Doreen was patient and value of my house value. Doreen even takes a portion of her commission and donates it to a charity of your choice. That alone shows the character, compassion, and integrity.
