Doreen Booth was far and away the best realtor we've ever worked with, in an extremely challenging market. She showed us anything that could be a potential fit or anything we saw that we might be interested in, with an almost instant response as far as getting in, and in fact showed us things before they even hit the market. She provided all the data and comps needed to make decisions, held our hand through inspections and appraisals, and really made the purchase of a home and the sale of our home as painless as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Doreen and have already done so to many of my friends! To top that all off she donated part of her commission to a charity of our choice, in this case the Alzheimer's association, which really gives you an idea of the quality of person you will be working with.

She was amazing - she prepped our home for sale, doing much more than we expected in getting the house cleaned out and ready to sell, including getting bids for improvements. Doreen was in communication with us very often, sharing information and feedback and making recommendations on our home sale. She was very honest about our home’s needs and the value of the home. And she sold our home! We found her VERY straightforward, honest and trustworthy! And we LOVE that she donates 15% of her commission to charity!
