Buyer’s Roadmap

We’ll begin with a buyer consultation, typically an in-person meeting where we can get to know each other. During this time, I’ll explain how I work and walk you through the home-buying process. If it feels like we’re a good fit, we’ll sign a Buyer Agreement and get started!

A key aspect of my approach is the home search process. I often ask prospective buyers if they’re already browsing homes online and seeing listings as soon as they become available. If that’s the case, I won’t set you up for automated searches; instead, I’ll focus on sending you exclusive listings that you won’t find online, particularly those on the Private Listing Network. I’ll also keep an eye on new listings to ensure you don’t miss out, even if your search parameters are narrow.

If you’re not actively looking at homes online, I’ll set up a tailored search for you, ensuring I filter out any properties that don’t align with your preferences—like fixer-uppers, if that’s not what you’re after.

Another important aspect of my service is communication. I’ll reach out to you through your preferred method—be it text, phone, WhatsApp, email, or even in person—whenever you want. I’m committed to being by your side from the moment we start searching for your new home to closing day and beyond!
