Doreen did a fantastic job with both the purchase, and resale of our home. She makes everything so easy and keeps your mind at ease, knowing that everything is taken care of. She is very organized and stays on top of every detail during the entire process making it much less overwhelming. Doreen has the perfect amount of professionalism, while also making you feel as welcome as a close friend. Doreen also donates a portion of her own commission to the non profit charity of your choosing. She is a great asset to the B&W team, and a wonderful person. It was a pleasure working with her. Doreen went above and beyond any expectation we had for a realtor in our recent home purchase! She is an exceptionally driven, focused, thoughtful, friendly realtor to have on your side. Doreen has this unlimited well of energy, and she has mentioned how much she loves helping folks with their home purchases - it shows! She has passion and intention in what she does. Our move was a relocation across country to IL, which can be logistically challenging, but Doreen was there every time we needed her (and frankly would be ahead of the request, offering suggestions for what she could do to make things smoother before we even asked). She helped us identify things about houses we hadn't thought about, and helped us balance what was important to us while also offering her opinion on if she thought something was an issue or reasonable fixable. Because of Doreen, we have a beautiful house in an incredible neighborhood, purchased during a really wild time in the market, where speed and communication were key. Doreen also clearly cares about others and has demonstrated that generosity multiple times over since we've met her. Here's someone who loves her community and those around her, and when you combine that with a strong passion for real estate, it's just a great combo. Will 100% be working with her again for all future real estate needs!

This was our second time working with Doreen. She helped us buy an investment property a couple years ago and this time she helped us sell our home in Naperville. Super smooth process from start to finish! Doreen took care of almost everything - scheduling photos, virtual staging, changing out some lightbulbs, cleaning some window smudges, pulling in/out our garbage bins, and even checking on our house while we were gone! Trust her process - it works. Most importantly to us - Doreen was responsive and worked very hard to accommodate our random requests.
