Here’s what to expect when working with me

Before Your Home Goes
on the Market
- We’ll work together to ensure your home
shines before it goes on the market, whether
that means a staging consult, decluttering, or
doing some minor fixes. And we’ll have a plan
for offers – in this market, knowing what is
important to you will be important to buyers.

Your Home is on the Market
- We’ll have a specific plan for marketing your home both before and after we go live on the market. The goal is to get as many eyes as possible on your home. My goal is to get you the best price and to find a great buyer who will get to closing.

Negotiating the Best Possible Offer
- You will see all offers! I’ll vet offers & talk to lenders to ensure buyers are strong & serious. We’ll negotiate with potential buyers to get you the best possible price and terms. Once you accept an offer, you’ll go under contract.

Under Contract-First 10 Days
- This is a crucial time – your buyers will do a home inspection and attorney review in the first 5 days and you and your attorney will have 5 days to respond. I have attorneys on my team – I believe in a true team approach! Once we’re through Attorney Review & Inspection, we’ll be on our way to closing.

Contract to Close
- I will be involved with your closing process, from the day you go under contract to your closing day, working closely with your attorney as needed. I thoroughly prepare for and attend the appraisal, working very hard to get the home appraised at the contract price. I help you with all the items that come up – from providing numbers for utility providers to helping manage on-site services (like cleaners). I am there for you every step of the way!
